Allocated sole-use bathrooms (excluding Camping & Cabins) will be available from the 25 July, 2020 subject to government guidance.Please note that discounts are not available for members of YHA (England and Wales) or Hostelling International as part of this booking.Pets are not permitted at YHA Boggle Hole or in the separate parking area. Pets are not to be left in cars overnight. Assistance dogs are allowed.Due to COVID 19, Dorm Rooms are not currently available at this property as well as the self-catering kitchen, lounge, dining room, drying room and bar.Please note that this property does not accept group bookings for 16 people or more.Stays exceeding 14 consecutive nights at this property will not be allowed.Please note that all adult guests need to provide a valid ID with matching name and address at check-in.Towels are not included in the rate. Fantastic and beautiful location , very nice little double room that I stayed in with a bunk bed . The main thing was it was nice and quiet and there were no loud groups or late night comings and going’s disturbing people sleeping.

Everything was good, did fell the bottle beer prices were on the steep side. Food is basic but fulfilled the requirements.

For anyone looking for good location in Pen y Fan range, this is perect location within walking distance. For me this location was perfect for another reason. Within nights sleep (4 days in total) I hiked all 12 highest peaks in every county in South Wales, which is around Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons). The location was right at the middle. Inside, typical bunk house. However clean, well equipped, cheap and staff always open to talk. Fire pitch was nice in the evening with pint of local ale.

Friendly staff/ very helpful. Clean facilities. Easy access to everything. Good value for money. Perfect location. We booked a pod and it was raining, the nice lady offered us a room inside if we wanted too which was very kind.

Beautiful hotel, tucked away down a little track. Really good set up on the grounds. Had a real welcoming ramblers, typed vibe. Lovely big open fire lounge, nice eating area & I also enjoyed the prep area for if you brought your own food. Staff were fantastic, could do enough for you.

I’ve been here a few times with my partner and it’s a beautiful place to be it’s a shame they’ve added WIFI though it’s kind of spoilt the fact of a getaway from internet.

Great location for climbing Pen Y Fan.. bus stop right outside the road to the hostel.. convenience of having cooked meals on offer. Also it was my first time using Starlink Internet which worked perfectly.
