John and Aoife were extremely 8 us with whatever we needed. The room was cosy with a soft, warm bed, hot shower, and a yummy breakfast. We stayed longer than normal as we were visiting family, and they went above and beyond with extra services not normally available. We felt well looked after better than any hotel.

Everything, very comfortable, clean room located within minutes to the train station and waterfront. Hostess was so lovely and welcoming, and the breakfast delivered to the room was delicious.

i was a bit disappointed that when it quoted breakfast included it did not state it was not a cooked breakfast , i think they should make this small adjustment clear.

Aoife and John the owners were so friendly. Breakfast left outside the room at 8am with fresh croissants,, cereal and orange juice was lovely..Two minute walk to the dart station where we parked for only €3.50 for 24 hours, bargain. The bed was very comfortable . I would definitely stay here again.

The host was exceptional and the interior design was also amazing. We loved the close proximity to the boardwalk and the excellent restaurants. We were super pleased to have found this wonderful BnB and when we go to Dublin again I will definitely stay again! The beds are super comfortable and the ensuite bathroom is all newly renovated. It was a spectacular stay with the best host!!!!!
