The staff is wonderfull, very positive and helpfull. The whole place is filled with joy and it's no wonder it attracts great people who like to mingle and simply have fun.

The staff is nice, the hostel is clean, the other depends on guests :) It’s nice that the bedsheets and towels are provided. The bed is comfortable and wide, finally the shower has clothes hooks and a shelf - it’s great! The hostel has a common room and a lot of opportunities to taste local food and meet new people

Despite the fact that they don’t accept people 40+ 😂 so I can’t stay anymore since I’m turning 41 years old in 2 months, the place is OK. The “kids” and volunteers whom take are of the Hostel are very friendly, it’s clean, perfect location, very good internet, good shower, the mattress could be better, but is OK in general. They offer lunch, dinner, kitchen for you also cook, and many activities for the young people hahahaha sorry but I just can’t ignore that, but now I’m in other hostel in Bratislava just 2 minutes walk from there, because I standing my trip in the city, and the quality of Patio Hostel is superior, so if you are 40+ and can’t stay in the Urban Elephant Hostel, you have many other options in the city. Well I can’t say I will stay again, just because they don’t allow 😂

Friendly staff, fridge and kitchen, very close to city center, restaurants, bars, groceries, beds were ok and clean, easy check-in even when I didn't book in advance and just walked in, different activities organized by the hostel (city tour, pub crawl, vegan dinner,...), enough plugs close to your bed
