Well we chose this hotel for its river view obviously. But hell this hotel has exceeded our expectations. Location was great, you can walk to city center in only 12 -15 mins, plus with a magnificent high view of city. The personnel in the reception, Yakub, was the best! He was very cheerful and very helpful. The room was very good with a decent amount of space and so is the shower. There was even a closet room for hanging coats. The airport was also max 15mins away by cab. It turnes out a delight to book this hotel, on top of our new year holiday in Bratislava. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved their responsiveness. As soon as I booked, they got in contact with me, clarifying a question I had in regards to parking. When I arrived, they assisted me immediately in explaining the parking system and providing me with the card.

Breakfast was not overdone, but there was coffee, tea, hot and cold food. On the positive side, the tea and coffee facilities are always available. The apartment is in a good location, but parking is not for the novice driver.
