The location was perfect right in the old town centre, the staff was incredibly nice and the room was perfectly comfortable, we had a lot of space and it was overall clean.

We'd stayed before (pre covid) and felt comfortable. The hotel has been enhanced and improved this then. Our room was top class, spacious, top drawer furnishing and decor. Bathroom splendid. Allowed to check in early, and bags looked after till end of next day.

Perfect location in the Old Town and could walk to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Room was spotless and lovely and warm.

My best recommendations for this hotel! Location is great! The rooms are great! (all of them confortable!) Staff excellent! When I'm going to Bratislava (for holidays or business) always stray at this hotel!
