The staff was amazing, they helped us plan our time in Bratislava to enjoy every second, whether it was what to visit, how to move around the city, what and where to eat, and hidden spots for the evening. The hotel was right in the centre of the old town, but still only 2 minutes walk from the closest Uber/Bolt pick-up location. The room was great, nothing to complain about.

Excellent location , lovely clean comfortable room , great selection of breakfast . Branislav the receptionist was lovely and very helpful and always smiling , gave us great tips and booked our taxi going back to airport . Would definitely recommend this hotel :-)

The location was great, right in the midst of all the shops, bars, restaurants and attractions. The hotel was very clean and our room was immaculate. A very big and special thank you to Brano, the manager who attended to our every needs promptly and efficiently and can honestly say is the best manager and pleasant individuals I’ve ever come across as I have travelled all over the world, him and his staff made our stay in Bratislava even more enjoyable.
