The location and cleaning of the room. The room is fully equipped, you can cook an entire meal with you want, have a coffee. Nice experience :)

Very good location, 2 mins walk to Residential Palace! Kitchen is well equipped. Tatiana, the owner is very friendly and honest, after I checked out and left the room, I forgot something in the room, she met me and give it to me (if is an appartement not hotel)
