Staff was nice,hotel was nice but:I booked a room with minibar including in the price but when i wanted to checkout 🙄 😒 I was ask if I use something from the minibar,well I use something because it's says included in the price..I need to pay after again 35 euros just for 2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of beer,2 chocolate and 2 cans of cola..That was a little bit expensive

You get the most for your buck with this hotel! Nice staff, the receptionist with moustache had a very friendly vibe, such a sweethart! We liked the spa very much except for turkish sauna which had a weird smell, but we just didn't use this one. Room had one of the best mattreses we ever slept on and you had a lot of options to choose from from breakfast! Overall a very pleasant stay. Nice job Lux Divina!

Nothing. Hotel located in a very bad place, behind an old ugly building. Small window only, the room quite small where the bed takes more than a half of it. Stinky bathroom built this way, that you have to close the door first to pass to the toilet. No even hang for a towel nor a shelf near the sink. No light over the mirror. No bottle of water for guests, tea and instant coffee available. Prices of a mini bar - a 0.33 beer costs 20 RON. Breakfast in a dark room where all the windows are covered. A trolley table suggesting you, you should bring your dishes after the breakfast... well :) No restaurant available. Payment in advance obviously... that you can't escape :)

Very comfy room and breakfast was delicious! Access to the spa was the biggest win for us: considering it has a jacuzzi and 3 saunas, it provides very good value for money! I would totally come here again. The staff was also very friendly and everything went very smooth.
