At the foot of Mount Tampa, overlooking the Brașov sign and the medieval historic quarter of Brasov, Drachenhaus is located within 500 metres from the pedestrian area of the Republicii Street, Council Square and Black Church in Braşov.
Set in a historic 19th century building, the rooms feature reconditioned furniture, hardwood acacia and oak floors, Saxon wool carpeting and Italian Tivoli travertine in the bathrooms. Each comes with a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room is spacious and even though the property is dated, it is still charming and nicely maintained. They also serve ample options for breakfast and the location is superb. Paid street parking is the only option. The only issue with our room 117 is that the windows are not sealing properly, letting in large amount of noise and cold air. This could be bothersome for light sleepers, especially that the windows are facing the street.

Perfect location in the heart of Brasov, very handy to go out at night for dinner or a few drinks. The room was big and clean and in a beautiful building. Paying parking is available in the street and not difficult to find.
