The fine print
Please note that pets must be 20 lbs or less, leashed in public areas and kept in a kennel when unattended. All pet rooms are located on the third level of the property in standard rooms.The resort fee includes upgraded WiFi, 2 bottles of water daily, access to the spa, pools and movie theaters in addition to access to the property shuttle service, boat launch and boat trailer parking.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Rooms were big, comfortable and clean. Staff is super friendly. Although I had to ask for the roll-away that was supposed to be in our room and the parking pass for the garage (both of which I had previously paid for) when we checked in.
