Hotel Overview

The Mason Arms is located on Devon’s Jurassic Coast, just a 10-minute walk from Branscombe Beach. Dating back to the 14th-century, this property offers an award-winning restaurant, locally brewed ales and free parking.
The Mason has rooms located in the original building and cottage rooms which are set in the hotels gardens. They include TVs, wooden beamed ceilings and some have valley or sea views. Free WiFi is available at the property however this may be restricted due to our location in Branscombe
The restaurant serves fine food featuring local ingredients including lobster and crab, subject to availability The pub has a huge open fireplace and offers a bar menu. There is also has an outdoor seating area.
Axminster and Honiton Train Stations are both within a 10-minute drive of The Mason Arms. Exeter Airport is 12 miles away.
Free parking is available on site subject to availability

Large room with bathroom with bath and shower, some have whirlpool baths. Most rooms are accessed via steps but one wheelchair-accessible room is available. Please contact the hotel to reserve. Rooms have all mod cons and are beautifully decorated oozing countryside chic. Rooms are in our adjacent converted thatched cottages or above the Inn. Please note that rooms have shower only en-suites however some rooms have a bath available upon request.

This large room comes equipped with an en suite bathroom, a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms features a Some rooms have freestanding bathtubs subject to availability We have 3 very special rooms. All have unique features, ooze countryside chic and are located in our charming, converted thatched cottages. From roll top baths in rooms to outside patio areas, all enjoy lovely country views. All rooms have stair access and no lift.

This double room has a tea/coffee maker, flat-screen TV and electric kettle. the room has all mod cons and oozes countryside chic with an accessible bathroom. Located next to the car park with level accessibility and private entrance.

This family room features a tea/coffee maker, cable TV and electric kettle. Rooms have all mod cons and are beautifully decorated oozing countryside chic. Rooms are above the Inn. All rooms have stair access and no lift.

Featuring free toiletries, this double room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The double room features a minibar, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, a carpeted floor and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The unit has 1 bed.

Beautiful old pub close to branscombe beach. The restaurant is excellent and the food delicious, our room was lovely and the bedding and pillows were amazing!
