Everything about this place was amazing: the food, the design of the rooms, the views! The staff was very warm and welcoming. The view of the castel was all I could hope for!

Excellent location, close to lots of attractions and restaurants. No problems with noise despite it being a very busy time of year. Staff were so friendly and super helpful. Room was clean, cosy and comfy with everything we needed. The minibar was a great touch. Nice to have some toiletries available and also a boot brush which was very helpful as some of the roads are a bit dusty! We had a balcony with a castle view which just amazed us every time we looked outside both day and night. Room was so warm which was really appreciated now that autumn is here.

Great location - restaurant was really good food and reasonable - staff were really helpful. We had room 201 which had an amazing view of Bran Castle

View on the castle. Food: Good (included) breakfast and even better (paid) supper. Staff: We forgot the charger of our toothbrush. The staff tried to reach us by phone call and kept the charger at the réception, we were able to get it back 😊
