Carina “Excelent cosy rural house on a small village”

This is a family run rural guesthouse, located on a renovated typical village house, in a tiny and quiet village, however, just 5min by car to the nearest town (Bragança). We loved the location. The hosts were very nice and friendly and also gave us excelent recomendations for sightseeing and for restaurants. We followed all their indications and had a great experience exploring the area. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, well decorated and super clean. Breakfast was excelent as well, and included local and homemade products.

Beautifully restored farm building in peaceful hamlet on outskirts (5 min) of Braganza. Much better in real life than photos on Booking. The owners, Manuel and María, unbelievably kind and hospitable.

Manuel and Maria are very generous hosts. They have beautifully renovated centuries old buildings for their hospitality business. Our room was beautiful, decorated with authentic Portuguese furniture and soft furnishings. There is also a very comfortable sitting room for guests to share. The location, while seeming remote and peaceful is a stone's throw from superb restaurants in Braganca. Breakfast was delicious with home made jams and local produce. Our hosts even went the extra mile to provide an early breakfast for us on our day of departure. Manuel also shared his local knowledge and made great suggestions for a long, memorable day out.
