I absolutely adored this place and how they manage this place. I didn't see any staff in person during my staying, but they designed their space in a very user-centered way, I really can enjoy the place by my own like Im at home.They also provided everything, so it's really satisfated for me in everything.

I didn't use the communal facilities. Was breakfast included? There wasn't very much information. So I can't comment. I also did not meet any staff - in fact the place was very quiet until Thursday evening when I heard quite a few people come into the building. With my room (Porcelana) being right by the stairs this was one of the downsides. I found the bed quite hard for me and I was chilly but on the second night found the duvet in the drawer. Instructions about getting in were very clear and emails provided in advance. I loved the floors and decor and found the place spotless. Room was generally in a very quiet location, and central.

Before my arrival I received detailed and very helpful information about the doors and the key. The whole place is decorated with so much love. My room was spacious with in-room bathroom. Shared and fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, washing machine etc. Shared dining/living room and a small balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee. The location is awesome! In the middle of the pedestrian street, surrounded by restaurants and shops.

The place has a great location - in the center, munutes away from any places of interest in the town and very close to perfect restaurants. There is a convenient parking at about 3-minute walk and possibility to park on the street for the night. The interior was very well decorated to reflect the thematically reflect the name of the room - Pocelain.

The room was beautifully decorated, there was a sink in the room, also an air-con which was a life saver with the heat outside. The staff was extremely friendly, spoke English which is always appreciated with my level of Portuguese. The bathroom was outside but that's what I booked so no complaints. There is a nice well equipped kitchen, living room with games and a cute common balcony
