I enjoyed the coffee machine that is available 24 hours a day. The staff was very friendly and polite. The location was perfect, there are a lot of grocery stores and a great restaurant only a ten minute walk away. The room was clean, the bed was huge.

Coffee machine at no cost - nice bonus. Fast check-in. Free parking is available in front of the hotel. Good location - near Bob Jesus do Monte. Good room size, though the bathroom facilities are a bit deteriorated.

The hotel is located in a green area and is great for walking around. The bus station is on the other side of the street. The hotel is clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff is very friendly

The location is perfect for those who come to the University of Minho. Very clean. The bed is very nice and big. Pillows and a blanket are puffy and soft. The matresses need a top matress because you can feel the metal carcass while sleeping. The breakfast needs veggies and more fruit for vegans. Fresh water is always available for free.There is a small fridge in the room. The staff are very nice and helpful.
