Room immaculately clean. Room wasn't available at check in but only a 20 minute wait. The sauna and Jacuzzi were not working which I would have preferred to have known about in advance, repair parts are on order. The pool and steam room were great. Breakfast was lovely with good options. I did ask if an upgrade was available to purchase but told no rooms available then I noted a larger room was available on booking.com. our room was perfectly good for 3 people though. Ample parking available. I have stayed twice previously and will return again.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty to help yourself too. Great staff in the restaurant. Evening meal in the bar equally excellent , in fact exceeded expectations! Again great bar staff. Everyone very friendly and jovial. They actually looked like they enjoyed their jobs! Beautifuly clean room and bathroom. Most impressive!

My works UK head office is in Bracknell and I often go down there from Yorkshire to stay. I used to stay with a well known chain (and have also tried a few hotels too), but once I tried the Coppid, this is where I now stay. The breakfast was so much better than the other hotels and staff are always friendly. The last stay I requested a room with a bath and that was met. Rooms are nice and I think the beds are very comfy (so always welcomed as I'm in need of a new bed at home!). Unless they're fully booked, I'll continue to stay here for all my work journeys and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

What an amazing find this was!! Loved everything about it you don't often find such lovely hotels that are so child friendly , kids loved the pool, huge fish tank and amazing all you can eat breakfast! We loved the size of the family room and jacuzzi bath plus huge shower! We asked for a quiet room which we got even though there were weddings and parties going on that night we didn't hear sound! They even wrote a birthday card for my 9 year old son:) we also had a large balcony. The beds were also very comfortable and we had a huge king size bed. We will definitely be back!
