Very helpful and welcoming staff. I asked what time the gift shop opened when at breakfast and the waitress didn’t know. A few minutes later she’d checked and confirmed the opening time, which I thought was lovely given it was a busy breakfast.

Clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Lovely Cooked Breakfast. Able to use disability lift to carry our luggage up one flight of stairs

Excellent service. The staff was very enthusiastic and caring. The location was perfect, and the cabins were beautiful.

The staff were very helpful, very friendly. The bed was very comfotable, the room was lovely and warm ( cold, wet night) Towels and toiletries good quality. Wonderful view over the loch especially as we had a fabulous sunrise. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and again staff were lovely in warm comfortable dining room with spectacular views of the loch.Parking was good and free. Did not have Dinner as we were attending a friends birthday nearby.
