Aside from parking being a bit of a nightmare, I almost can’t fault the property. The rooms are very good. The pool was great! The rooms are fully equipped and have everything you need. The little finishes and touches make you feel comfortable and right at home. Very comfortable beds, spacious, clean, and very enjoyable. The staff are friendly and depending on what you’re after the location is good. We came for a birthday with the drawing card being the pool. Whilst the pool and deck appear larger and slightly different in the photos, the deck is a little smaller, however the pool is not disappointing. The views are incredible and the deck and facilities are kept clean and well maintained. The property offer parking which is convenient.

The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The majority of the staff members provided excellent customer service. We loved the Spa and the infinity pool. my little one enjoyed it so much.The pool and the spa are not that big at all so try to go early morning to avoid too many people using it.

We have stayed at Avani a number of times. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The apartments are spacious, stylish and have everything you need for any length of stay. The views are fantastic. Restaurants are a short walk from the property or you can take the tram or train to wherever you want to go.

So convenient with cooking amenities and a laundry. I loved the spa, pool and gym. Location is prime and the staff were super lovely! Would recommend to everyone!

Great location for our needs; excellent room, staff and facilities. The pool was a welcome bonus in 39 degree heat. Safe secure parking; easy check-in/check out.

Reception works till 11pm, which was very helpul for us. Top floor pool is nice, has great views, was empty in the morning.
