Very convenient location. Beautiful house and grounds. Exclusive access to the lake. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Staff very accommodating, efficient and friendly. Excellent management. Lovely rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent views. Tastefully furnished.

The hotel is a little dated but our room was really nice.

The grounds are very well kept, inside the hotel feels very grand, lots of tasteful furnishings & antiques inkeeping with the building. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the lake and the window was huge! The 1797 restaurant was lovely.
