Great little guest house Adrian and Heather could not do enough for you. Lovely well cooked breakfast and a great location just a 10 minute walk into Bowness.

Lovely property with stunning 'private' waterfall in the back yard. Good location which is easy to locate and access if you drive your own car. Very cozy rooms with heating facility. Great food with a good selection of breakfast options from full English to lighter ones. Super nice owners Heather and Adrian told good care of their guests. Their cute fur baby Hemish was also keeb to help!

The couple who run the cottage are fantastic, welcoming and we were made to feel at home. the location is fantastic, over the road from the museum and a ten minute walk from Bowness. There is a stunning waterfall at the back of the property.

The breakfast was excellent being freshly cooked. The proprietor was very efficient, helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The cottage and our room were clean and tidy.

The location of the Cottage to Bowness cant be faulted. It's less than 10 minutes walk away. The breakfasts We ordered were cooked perfectly and the owners were very polite and had good advice for Us, regarding travelling and prices for public transport.

The host was friendly and gave recommendations of things to do and travel options. We had a great breakfast every day we were there which set us up for the day. They have an amazing waterfall just behind the house which was lovely, and a really quick walk to the high street.

A friendly welcome from Adrian on our arrival. Homemade honey and preserves with breakfast and high quality locally sourced produce for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, and the ensuite was modern in comparison to the period decor in the bedroom. Complimentary toiletries and a comfort tray with tea coffee and biscuits were provided. Adrian gave good advice on local transport and local amenities.
