The breakfast was excellent and clearly cooked with a great deal of care and culinary understanding! There was enough variety to have a different breakfast every day for a week and special requests were always fulfilled. We enjoyed the small chats with Chris and Robyn and felt very welcome for the entirety of our stay.

Excellent breakfast, extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Very welcoming hosts, who went out of their way to make us feel happy in their B&B. This was my second stay here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I was to stay in this area again.

Absolutely lovely hosts. The food was delicious, especially the homemade bread and black pudding. The rooms were small but comfortable. Perfect location for exploring Bowness on Windermere and Windermere.

Excellent food. As a gluten free guest, offers of home made bread and gf options for sausages and black pudding for example, were rare and , were not expected. Lovely.
