Huge room with a huge bed as well as a decent size single for our daughter. Super friendly and very helpful hosts. Delicious treats in room, coffee machine and a fridge.

Very warm welcome from Sandra. The room was lovely and clean and fantastic location, just a two minute walk to the lake. Lovely lodge with a personal touch.

Sandra was so welcoming & helpful during our stay at the Lingwood Lodge. The room was really cosy & clean, no complaints from us at all. At the entrance of the lodge there’s lots of handy leaflets about things to do nearby and an amazing list of restaurant pubs etc which really helped us to know where’s best to go in the area. The location of the lodge is perfect, only a 10 minute walk from the front where there’s lots of water activities, pubs, restaurants, shops, etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and have really enjoyed every second of our weekend. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Beautiful views and Sandra the host was lovely. Very polite, friendly and helpful. We booked a triple room and it was very spacious and clean. The check in and check out was very easy. The lodge is within walking distance of Lake Windermere and the town.

The location was perfect and just a 5 minute walk into Bowness. We had a warm welcome from the owners soon as we arrived. We were able to check in earlier than expected. The room was a large family room. Very clean with a comfortable bed and beautiful view. A hospitality tray was provided in the room with tea coffee and a few snacks which was a lovely touch. We needed a taxi to attend a friend's party and the owner Sandra helped us to arrange a taxi. Overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely be staying again. Can highly recommend Lingwood Lodge!
