On arrival you will be required to present the card you have made your deposit/pre-payment with at hotel reception.
This card will be swiped for a minimum value of £50.00 plus any outstanding balances to allow charges to your room.

Hotel bedrooms are available to check in from 3.00pm and apartments are available to check in from 4.00pm.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Beautiful hotel and spa. Clean, friendly and comfortable. Great location very close to Windamere. Theres a hill down. We got a free room upgrade witch was great!

The property was beautiful , reception and check in smooth, we stayed in the apartments, with access to spa/ bar underneath. The check in and staff were fabulous, we commented on how many staff were around looking after guests and the property, so helpful. Thank you to the concierge Oliver who helped with luggage and a tour of the property. The spa was very busy late afternoon but still enjoyable. Afterwards we ate in the bar and service was quick with good choice of menu. Staff very friendly too. The breakfast selection was unbelievable and set you up for the day. We could see the staff worked very hard - thank you for making our stay truly enjoyable.

From the moment you walked in you were greeted by the friendly welcoming staff, and a glass of Prosecco. The property is decorated to the highest standard its modern but still maintains some of the original features, the cocktails are amazing and the view on the terrace is definitely something you need to see. We stayed in one of the rooms with a hot tub and again the room was amazing, lovely touch with the lip balm and chocolate on the bed. The best touch is the Bentley (wow) what can I say this available to book if you are heading into Bowness and I would definitely recommend it, it truly gives you the taste of elegance. The pub on site is great it gives you the county pub feel, this is where you make your way to the spa which again is decorated to the highest standard.the cold plunge pool is not something for the weak hearted. All in all amazing stay and will definitely be back.

Love the little touches like Kendal mint chocolates in the room and mini jars of marmalade at breakfast. Enjoyed the cocktail lounge and the chicken dish served there. I really like the blonde beer option that they had on. Appreciate the hike options you can ask for. We tried two of them and they were excellent. Hope they update and expand on those if possible for when we come back.

The location was perfect. The spa and pools were all clean and the rooms were lovely. The hot tub on the balcony was beautiful and despite it being open, it was still able to maintain a secluded feel.
