Great location, good size room but unfortunately no air conditioning so had to leave windows open and the beer garden was a little noisy

We arrived to a very warm welcome and showed to our room which was lovely, spacious and toastie with plenty of coffee and tea bags. The hosts were all friendly, relaxed and tentative and the location was just a 5 minute walk from cafes, restaurants, shops, the lake and pubs.

A little Gem of a place in a Great Location in the Heart of Bowness. Clean rooms & friendly staff. Kath (owner) could not be more helpful and absolutely loved our four legged family member Teddy. Can’t recommend enough.
