“Excellent for our ramblings around the Lake District.”

Location for us was brilliant - short five minute walk into Bowness-on-Windermere, right on the lakeside with all the bird life - especially the swans! Apartment is part of a complex but we were not bothered by the other occupants and the on-site parking was great and easy to get into.

Stopped at Bownessys, clean and comfortable,close to shops and Lake.we had a good stay, would definitely book again if we are ever in the area again.😀

Great little apartment right next to Lake Windermere and a 2 minute walk from Bowness town for food and general supplies. Good amount of space to relax indoors if the weather is poor with good internet and lovely facilities. Very reasonable price and thoroughly enjoyed our stay
