The property is located in a very quiet road which is only a short walk into Bowness, it is a historical period building with it's own character. The front room is very spacious with a lot of leg room for all your guests, it has very comfortable settee's but no foot rests if your looking to put your feet up. The kitchen has all the basic requirements of a long stay & offers plenty of room to cook & be seated whilst the daily designated shared chores are awaiting to be completed. The two double rooms are very spacious & clean, which offer a very quiet night's sleep & plenty of clothes space for those who's needs greatly out weight another. The bathroom will take a bit of coordination as all facilities are allocated in just one room, there is a bath & shower which are combined best to use the shower as the temperature of the water stays constant when used, but the bath seems to lose consistency even when filled slowly. Be mindful when stepping out of the shower, best to retract the folding shower screen before stepping out,as the toilet is quite close & maybe a slip mat maybe considered. The thermostat to the heating is preset & can often be a little cold for those of a delicate disposition, so arranged with the owners if you prefer a higher temperature more than 11-19 degrees.
