The fine print
Please note that the restaurant only serves evening meals between 18:30 - 20:30.The hotel has 7 floors and unfortunately no lift, due to the unusual design of the building.The property recommends that guests leave luggage in the car during check-in. Once a room has been allocated the property will provide a porter to help with luggage and advise guests of the shortest route from car to room.

Room was lovely. We couldn’t use the patio as it was under renovation which wasn’t a problem at all. The views were stunning and the breakfast was really nice everything we expected. The staff were really helpful to. Overall a great experience. The spa area was stunning to the views of the lake were beautiful 🤩 the hotel was under renovation to which didn’t hinder us in any way.

Upgraded room to a deluxe was very nice clean and comfortable, view from the room over the lake was very good, Staff all first class nothing a bother all very friendly and approachable

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. All of the staff were welcoming and happy to help if needing anything. The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the spa in the afternoon.

The room was amazing! We had a little terrace/decking with chairs and amazing views. The room was luxurious and extremely clean. Highly recommend!!!
