The fine print
Please note that requests for bed preference cannot be guaranteed for same day bookings or single occupancy reservations.Pets can only be accommodated in the Large Double Room, by prior request only. There is an additional charge of GBP 15 per dog, per night.Please note that the accommodation has a minimum two night stay on weekends.
The inn is closed on Christmas Day but you are still welcome to book a stay with us. We provide a continental breakfast the evening before for Christmas morning.

Room had a proper old school pub style feel to it and that was quite lovely with the race to make everything modern all the time. Bed was comfy, TV had all the apps on which helped with the baby(!), bathroom and shower were big enough for us, I used to work here as a teen so very nostalgic!

Breakfast had lots of choices. Had a large selection of hot options. Full English breakfast was lovely. Bed was very comfy. Facilities good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Amazing staff… Perfect location for visiting the whisky distillery close by, even have a selection of their whisky. Great food, especially the breakfast.

We’ve stayed at the Cromwell Arms several times and always enjoyed it. Debbie was a great hostess who was not only very efficient, but was also kind and helpful, making our stay all the more special.

The hotel is close to where I wanted to be. Check In was smooth and the breakfast was very good. We came home late a few night and had access to our room which was good

The room was lovely, the staff excellent and the food out of this world. I highly recommend the Cromwell Arms and am looking forward to maybe staying there again next year. Debbie was a lovely host who made us feel special.
