The place isn’t a hotel, but more like a family home, I’d say. The rooms are lovely and tidy.

Our bed was very comfortable, and perfect for our 1 night stay. The shower was hot with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all provided. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and there was also a mini electric cooler box where we stored a small bottle of fresh milk which we were provided with when we arrived, (the cooler was big enough to store the milk and a small bottle of water). We had booked to go on the Hawkstone Brewery Tour and it was only a 20mins walk there from The Lansdowne Guest House. Also, it's less than 20yards from a pub, (The Mousetrap Inn) where we went for dinner that evening.. Our stay at The Lansdowne included breakfast in the morning, which was delicious, and parking - which is a huge bonus in Bourton-on-the-water!

Very good apart from the shower not working.New how to operate as the same as I had at home. Could only have a wash .Too difficult to wash my hair.So a tad disappointed.

The Lansdowne Guest House is a little gem. Lovely location just out of the high street crowds. Corrinne and her team are the best, so friendly and nothing is too much, they really care about you and your stay with them. The rooms are immaculate, comfy and beautifully decorated, the breakfast is amazing no wonder it's award winning. You won't be disappointed in any way if you stay here. 100% recommend The Lansdowne Guest House

Lovely guest house within easy walking distance to the centre of Bourton on the Water, a beautiful, Cotswold's village. It had parking and the staff were very pleasant. WiFi was good.

Great location, friendly staff. Spent two nights here , breakfast great. Stairs were bit much for my sister disabled and mum of 82 but great for a fit person.

Very convenient location. Easy walk into town and restaurants/cafes etc. Plenty of on site Parking. Room clean and comfortable. Limited continental options for breakfast but lots of choice for cooked options.
