We were greeted by a lovely guy who was on reception who opened the door for us as we arrived. He was really friendly and chatty and told us how to get down to the beach. We were in the twin room on the ground floor which was so cozy and homely. The beds were so comfortable and it was really clean. The hotel is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the pier and about a 6 minute walk to a part of the beach further down from the main attractions.

The staff we so friindly and kind. We really appreciated the early check in! The rooms were lovely and comfortable. And it was only a short walk into town.

Absolutely fantastic the owner and her daughter are so friendly and helpful such lovely people, we got an upgrade on our room, the room was absolutely stunning so clean with lovely complementary water and biscuits

Everything is great, it is in a very beautiful area, everything is close, I found all my tranquility here in this house, it has been an extraordinary stay.

It was very clean with pretty and unusual decor, new carpets, lovely shower - very nice and a very comfortable bed. Parking was good, enough for all. Didn’t get breakfast as there’s so many places to go to in Bournemouth and liked not having to rush in the morning. For two women staying we felt safe. Staff were polite and pleasant.

Warm welcome on arrival. The room really surprised us for the money we paid. The room was a good size. Large bathroom with a really nice shower. The room was extremely clean and tidy. Bed was comfy, with quality pillows. Tea and coffee facilities, with biscuits and bottled water. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be booking in this one again for all our future stay 😀
