Perfect location! 5mins walk to the beach/ ocean view. Walking distance into CBD. Very friendly & nice staff & owner always willing to help & accommodate for a chat!

The bed was comfortable, with warm and clean bedding. The room was simple but served its purpose well. The location is ideal, especially if you're looking to stay in a quieter part of the city. The receptionist was friendly and shared interesting facts about the city, along with great recommendations for places to visit

Gerry at the front Desk was a Dimond really help us settle in and was very helpful and welcoming. His a very Knowledgeable man that knows a lot about the aria and Bournemouth. Will definitely book again was close to everything we needed.
