This is a fabulous hotel, comfortable rooms and has everything you need. The staff were amazing especially Amanda who was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her a lovely lady.

Very friendly staff, excellent food which was good value for money, we had a nice comfortable stay and a lovely breakfast in the morning. The location is great with the beach just a five minute walk away.

Lovely pub & rooms above. Room was warm, clean & comfortable. Bathroom clean but a little worn, could use some redecorating. Service in the evening was great! Food excellent. Staff really helpful, couldn't do enough for us! Breakfast a little less so, coffee machine not 'switched on' so only filter coffee and nothing laid out like cereals, yoghurts, fruit etc. You just get your cereal bought out to you in a bowl! Lol! But not a real issue just odd. Great place for a stay, would recommend and would definitely return!

I booked this hotel for a,surprise 70th birthday present for my wife because of previous reviews and it's location. The hotel building is charming. The room was exceptional and the room facilities were excellent .The restaurant and bar. We're great with the staff being professional and polite . The price of the drinks were fair with a good array of choice , the restaurant food was excellent with more than my wife could eat The breakfast which is included was again excellent . All in all we had a very pleasant stay and this hotel will be our first call when we return to Bournemouth

The location was fantastic. Close to the sea front, with a lovely walk into Bournemouth. Also right next to bus station for trips out without needing a car. The staff were amazing. Super friendly. Made us so very welcome. The food was delicious, we ended up eating here every night. There really was nothing to fault. We can’t wait to return.
