Location ideal for International Centre . . . . and sea (but wrong time of year) Manager very welcoming and friendly. Totally quiet for sleeping and a dark room due to heavy curtains. A hotel with much character.

Ocean views were fantastic. Host was very accommodating and room was large and comfortable. There was also a lift! Free on site parking was great!

Location is a big plus. The sea view room (east facing), is a big bonus. Could watch from my bed at all times

Carol and Adrian were superb. Friendly welcome. Beautiful artwork and piano in lounge areas. Interesting to find out about the history. Adrian put the cleaning issues right immediately. Lovely continental breakfast. OUTSTANDING room.

The location was perfect. There is plenty of parking spaces available which was perfect as we required parking as a priority. It was also free and very safe & secure. Te staff were perfect, helpful and friendly.

Location was a short walk to the seafront and town centre. Room was very comfortable with a fabulous view of the sea. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Continental breakfast was more than adequate for our needs.

We had the most amazing stay. Whilst we only stayed for one night the gentleman who runs it was a complete and utter joy. He found out we were travelling to the Lake District when we left and met us at at the car park barrier with some breakfast bits even including some yoghurts and spoons. The place is very clean compared to other places we have stayed in the area and well kept.

Stunning hotel with great history amazing sea view from our room , Dave was more then happy to show me and my partner round and tell us about the history regarding the hotel
