The room was very clean, however rooms are only serviced every three days when staying longer than three nights. Additional tea, coffee, fresh towels etc are available from reception. Calling a taxi is very easy, just press a button in reception, my taxi arrived within two minutes. Good location, just ten minutes walk to the pier. Shops, bars, restaurants and buses are less than five minutes walk away. Plenty of parking, the charge is £5 per night.

Room was spacious and had a pleasant outlook over the garden at the front of the hotel. Very near to the sea and the clifftop walk. Breakfast buffet was plentyful and substantial. On site parking was convenient but subject to a charge.

The price I got for 2 rooms was fab, the size of the room for me and my 2 little ones was perfect. Very child friendly, they were great and full of smiles. Area is beautiful and close to sea. Lovely views on our walks. . Not far walk from Bournemouth station, under 15mins but bus can be taken near it if preferred. 5minutes or so walk to the main part of the beach and centre of Bournemouth, but there is a short cut way somewhere near, going down to the beach like 2 mins from the hotel, but it's steps, so could not go with buggy. My boys and i loved our trip, always a beautiful haven for us, definitely coming back soon.

This is a good budget priced hotel, with some tired decor etc but then it is late in the season. The staff were very kind to my daughter who was actually the staying guest. Thank you.

This is one hotel that feels like a seaside town hotel and nothing less nor more. I have been here a few times now and each time I am not impressed but not offended. There are a few rooms. Yes, it is a bit aged but the hotel is clean. The rooms are not dirty. There is a bar. It is agreeable, with a lift for suitcases. It is close to town, beachfront, other hotels.
