Location was really good, facilities were very good, hotel staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food ( breakfast and evening meal) was hot, plentiful and much enjoyed.

It went well all the way through, although we didnt know we'd be staying in the Lodge, which is across a small courtyard, in the pouring rain, rain not their fault, of course... We were on the 2nd floor, there is a small lift, I might get an upgrade next time? Food was very good, we had evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent... Lovely helpful staff Very succesful stay Thank you to everyone

Location good, Breakfast Good, Didnt do dinner too expensive, Room was TINY cramped, the bathroom was a sort of add on with a plywood slide door, NOT what you would expect on a 4 star. Staff were excellent of course and helpful when the TV would not work, we enjoyed our break, but the room was a let down it let us down and it let the hotel down. BUT that doesnt mean the rest of the rooms were like wise, they may be wonderful, we were in what I think was the annex.
