I love the hotel & have stayed there a few times yet this time I was extremely disappointed with my room...I paid to have a superior room as I have many times before yet to my dismay the room was no bigger than a standard I also had to ask for towels & cups. When I asked if they could switch rooms I was told there was no other rooms available yet the rooms either side of me were both vacant and a lot more superior than mine but the highlight was when the manager was rude to my friend who only came to bring my birthday present was asked NOT to be rude and there was absolutely no need to speak down to her responded by telling her he would speak down to her because she was DIRT!!!! Needless to say (and with sadness) I shall no longer be staying at the Carlton hotel again

The family room is spacious, offering a nice side view of the sea and good natural light; it also has a good distribution of lighting, practical when putting the little one to sleep. The location is excellent!

Warm welcome and very helpful duty manager. Cold room but enhanced by heaters as the boiler had broken down apparently . Restaurant staff were also very helpful and accommodating.
