It was disappointing not to see a receptionist after 2.30 pm. when it said that the hotel receptionist is not there all the time, OK; but this personnel is there from 14.00 until ... Good; No, that was not the case. There was no receptionist after 14 hrs. and guests must learn from each other about how to check in and pay on the machine and after that a printed room number and security code will be given. All this was not too difficult. It was a learning matter. I was disappointed that I didn't have a receptionist to help me as it was said. Apart from that the hotel was clean and comfortable as usual. I'd like to mention that its new shower is fantastic. It washed out my disappointment. It's a good hotel at the best price available at the airport if you don't care much about human touch.

Walking distance from the airport. Quiet Relatively clean for one can expect for such hotel. In other words, basic but fit for purpose.

Good location for those who have early flights from Nantes Airport. it takes only 10 min walk to get to terminal. Rooms are rather small with basic equipment and conditions. It was overall ok for one night. There is not much options to eat at least in the evening - a street food truck beside hotel. Wifi was not bad. Somewhat strange smell in bathroom.
