Nice place, the drive down the hill was exceptional, amazing views. Very secluded on the beach, room was clean and good for the price. Beach was constantly covered in plastic, which is not the hotels fault, but worth noting. Bring cash if staying here, luckily they let us have a tab and pay the taxi on leaving.

It’s very basic and out of the way but bottle beach has a great vibe. They collect you from town which is good value and the food it good. The staff always have a smile. Funny that. The grounds are lush with nature and each hut has a hammock. It’s quiet and very cool. We loved our stay.

It’s a beautiful place, isolated with a nice beach super close to the bungalows. Could see the sea from my window and listening to it all day.

Omg watch out for the way there — there’s only a very rough dangerous path to go down and with a scooter is impossible! They have their own taxis. I went down walking for about 30 min, and on the way up a taxi picked me up for free (although I think it was just my luck, usually people pay money). Otherwise the bungalow was lovely, I had a terrace with an open view of the beach and surrounded by trees and had a calm time reading in the hammock and enjoying the silence!

All the staff members were lovely, from the pick up to the drop off! Food is good, their Pad Thai is well worth the money and their Panang Curry was simply delicious.

Bottle Beach is a beautiful little hide-out and I really enjoyed our stay in the Smile Bungalows. They offer a great taxi service (we were picked up from the ferry at 5:30am for the regular 300 Baht) and the people are superfriendly. Our 2 bungalows were cute, clean, comfortable and what I had hoped for. The food is good and very helpful. Important to know: you can only get to bottle beach hiking, by boat or by the 4wheel-taxi for 300 Baht. That is WHY it is so beautiful, it's pretty empty in the morning and evening, just during the day there will be day-guests at the beach.

Honestly the most beautiful and peaceful location for a couple of nights. We stayed three nights and would stay longer. It was very basic accommodation (a bungalow with low light levels and holes in bathroom walls) but perfectly fine if this does not bother you. Amazing location for beach days or a hike up to the viewpoint. Restaurant food was amazing! And lots of vegan options - ask for the currys or rice with tofu and without egg.
