Guests are advised to use the transportation service provided by the resort instead. Please contact the resort directly for more information.The resort provides a chargeable transfer service between the resort and Thongsala Pier, Koh Phangan. The service is available between 08:00-21:00 hrs. Guests wishing to make use of the service are advised to contact the resort at least 1 day prior to the check-in date.Guests who expect to check in between 15:00-20:00 hrs. are kindly requested to inform the resort in advance.Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the resort directly with the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.The resort does not allow the guests to make a cook in their accommodation or room. Very basic bungalo, but for the price all good. No hot water, no fridge, fan in the room. You can get to the location by taxi boat or taxi from main road, because local road is only for 4x4 cars or off road motorcycle.

The staff and location were excellent. We were very well looked after and a great ambience. The bay was absolutely stunning. A few days in paradise.

I had a good time at this resort. The location on Bottle Beach is amazing. Quiet, peaceful, with clear water and soft sand. Perfect if you want to relax away from busy areas. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice, but nothing special. Important: Bring cash! There’s no ATM or supermarket nearby. Getting there is also an adventure – you need a 4WD to drive down a rough road. It’s fun, but not for everyone. Overall, a nice place in a beautiful location, just make sure you’re prepared!

Overall, the hotel itself is okay, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is very calm and pleasant, making it a nice place to relax.

I’ve been coming to Bottle beach on and off since 2010. First time I’ve stayed at Haad Khuad resort and it’s great. The guys are really friendly and provide a great service. Food is good and the rooms are nice.

Great location if you like a little adventure :) For us personally, the fact that this palce is pretty isolated was a bonus. They offer transfer from port for 500 baht for 2 people, which is a very good price, because to get anywhere on Koh Phangan you always pay at least 200 per person for a songthaew ride, so staying here is not that much more expensive. We had some personal difficulties on our trip and the staff was very helpful to find a good solution for us. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and service was good. I would very much reccomend staying at this resort, just check beforhand the location, so you understand what you are getting into.

The staff are wonderful here, so friendly and helpful. The room was nicer than the pictures, no need for a/c, the windows have mosquito nets so it's nice and cool in the night. The beach is like paradise.
