Location across the subway (although subway station was closed during our stay, but there were free shuttles), many shops nearby. Room was very small, but cozy. Kitchen was big and clean.

Lovely place to stay. Private room with a number of shared bathrooms so you would very rarely be waiting on them. Location is brilliant. 15 minute walk to downtown or there's a subway line right outside of the door. Gaining access was very clear with our keycode shared well in advance

The hotel is in a great spot, right across from the subway which is 5 minutes to Downtown. Quiet neighbourhood with plenty of good food options nearby. Has washing and dryer machines for $2 each. Bed was comfy and shared bathrooms were kept clean every day. New AC units were also installed during our stay. Overall pretty pleased with our stay.

The location was superb, right opposite the metro station and close to a lot of eateries and a convenience store. Though the apartment has one bathroom. We could use the common bathrooms on the floor if we needed to which was a great facility. The convertible sofa into bed in the living room provided additional space. The Thatch team was prompt with their response over text/email. The checkin checkout was seamless even without on-site staff. One thing to note is that there is no elevator at this property. So you have to lug your bags up the stairs which wasnt a problem for us but it may be an important consideration for some guests.
