The staff were professional and friendly snd on hand to help when needed. Got lots of recommendations for dining out etc which was helpful due to first time visiting Boston. Would highly recommend and a perfect location.

Very central, helpfull staff, very clean rooms. We requested an early check in & our rooms were available at 10am which was such a bonus to our overnight in Boston. Will 100% stay here when we come to Boston again. Nothing was an issue for the staff.

Dagny was a great place to spend a few days in Boston. Very comfortable, also chic, and close to the center of the city, it is a great choice for every traveller.

Excellent location Rooms were large Concierge and doormen were helpful and friendly However we did experience some negative issues We had an issue at checkin when one of our 2 rooms was still not available at 5pm when we returned to the hotel The staff member handling this was not all helpful nor understanding that by 5 pm having travelled from Australia and hence a long flight we would appreciate access to our rooms and it was many hours after we should have been able to check in If left to her we would have had to just hang around in the bar - her words However we asked to speak to a manager who agreed it was not acceptable- hurried up housekeeping and gave us a credit for a drink while we waited So in the end it was managed better but still we shouldn’t have had to ask for the manager and the room should have been available
