Excellent central location, in the theater district and within walking distance of attractions and historic sites. Size of room was adequate and bedding excellent. Two issues relating to the bathroom: very little water pressure in the shower which made the temperature difficult to control and a constant noice in the piping which disturbed our sleep. Most staff in the reception were welcoming. We appreciated the service of Kendal who, upon our arrival after a long flight and much before regular check-in time, made a room available for our family group while the other room become available later that day. We much appreciated the voucher for breakfast that early morning. We had included breakfast for the duration of our stay. It was very good with a great selection of fruit, pastry and eggs cooked to order. The down side (important issue in a Hyatt hotel) is that the expresso machine was out of service during our entire stay and only American coffee was available. Adjan's most attentive service is noteworthy as well as that provided by the ladies who assisted. Servers in the restaurant at night were nice and efficient.

I liked the location - very close to Boston Common, the Freedom Trail etc and easy walking distance to shopping on Newbury Street and the Seaport District. A number of subway lines are in close proximity and it's not far from South Station either. Room was very spacious and housekeeping were great. Mini fridge and Keurig machine made it more comfortable, as did a sofa/chaise longue by the desk. Decent gym on 6th floor. Concierge staff seemed friendly too.

Clean and modern looking property. Excellent location. Smooth check in and check out. Direct access to parking facility by elevator. Courteous staff. Bedding was good. Fast elevators.

Hotel is located near downtown boston, and it is a great place to explore the city. Public transport is close to the hotel and is overall in a great location to explore. The staff at the reception were very helpful and informative about places to visit.

The Hyatt hotel's location is perfect, and the staff is incredible—always ready to help and consistently friendly. The hotel is ideally located, close to public transportation, and within walking distance of major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. I can't wait to return!
