There was a well stocked Keurig coffee machine that visitors could freely use. I didn’t eat any of the food, but there were a few basic bits - peanut butter, jam, bread, margarine, and possibly some cereal.

A home very near to Boston Downtown, in a very quiet area where I felt safe all the time. The appartment in itself was very well provided for, with TV in the rooms, warm, complete kitchen and bathroom, everything I needed really. I very much enjoyed my stay. I didn't see Dan or his family, but then it was Christmas! and everything was well explained beforehand so no problem at all. Thanks Dan!

Despite some very last minute changes of plan for my trip, Dan the manager here was an exceptionally reasonable and accomodating host. 10 stars for being a great customer focused business.

The location is excellent. Safe feeling and quiet neighborhood, subway station very close by, great pub two blocks away. Great communication by the host, Dan, and always very responsive. Super clean and modern apartment. Of course you share the bathroom (toilet and shower are in the same bathroom) with other rooms, but unless you are unlucky with the behaviour of other guests, this never was a problem for us. Keep in mind that if you book the smallest room, that there is not a lot of private floorspace, so check the dimensions of the room you book. This is just a tip, and not a criticism, since everything is as advertised. The commons room is very spacious, so it never feels cramped. Very good value for money, definitely recommended to stay at Dan's place.
