Great location, intimate feel for a chain. Staff very friendly & approachable. Micheal runs a great breakfast service with lots of attention to detail, very kind and impressive, going the extra mile.

The staff was very welcoming, especially Ghina, who greeted us at reception. The location is great, pretty close to the beginning of Freedom Trail, and generally around many good restaurants and bars. The breakfast was just amazing.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, the bed comfortable. The location, two blocks from Boston Common, very good.

Great location and good rooms, not as expensive as other hotels, pleasant people. Stuff gave me a bunch of tea packs when I said I’m sick and brought me additional blankets, as I asked. Thanks for your kindness! Also they have hot and cold drinking water in different flavors on each floor, very convenient.

Close to downtown. Easy Access to subway stations. Convenient for first time traveler who wants to explore Boston. The place is a little run down but overall was a nice stay.

Location is great- walking distance to Boston Common and subway stations (with easy access to Fenway, Harvard and downtown). Location is very easy to get to from I90. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is nearer to Boston Common, restaurants, theaters and parks. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is good and similar to what we find in other Courtyards. Water dispenser is good.

staff was excellent and friendly, location was excellent to all of our sites and tours, buffet breakfast was tasty, server was super friendly, would of liked breakfast hours to be later would have used it more
