The location of the house was really nice. Also the flat itself was quite authentic and unique. Easy walk to town centre and also on the Green/Orange line for public transport. Nice views from the window and generally a quiet area so good place for resting.

Close to transport, period house, reasonable quiet area., Staff were very helpful and assisted us with taking our bags up the four flights of stairs to our room.

We were fortunate to be allocated a ground floor room in the main building in W Newton St., a fantastic location in Back Bay. As they say on their website this guest house actually comprises 4 or 5 different buildings, mostly also in the Back Bay area but 1 of them is further away which would have been far less convenient. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and plenty big enough with a very pleasant bathroom and well equipped kitchen. It was also equipped with a dining table and chairs as well as a comfortable sofa. We really enjoyed our stay which was excellent value for money and would certainly stay here again!

The staff were absolutely fabulous! We had 3 heavy bags to store before our check in and they had no issues with this. On top of this, there was quite a bit of snowfall and we were dreading having to pull these bags over the icy road to our room but the staff already did it for us 😃 It’s something small but honestly it made our day so much easier!
