The location is exceptional, it’s directly in Downtown and everything is very reachable and even walkable. Staff is super nice and the room was clean and tidy, enough space for everything.

Centrally located, clean, very kind and helpful staff. Free coffee and water. Good price for downtown Boston. Very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom.

The hotels locations was perfect for us, walking distance to most of the attractions or to the hop on hop off bus stops to then use the bus to get around too. Breakfast was good in the elephant and castle next door and the lounge coffee's were a welcome addition when arriving back in after a long day sightseeing.

Little details that makes the difference .. water dispenser on very floor and recyclable bottles provided to fill the water, club room on ground floor for excellent free coffee and water dispenser for sparkling water

The facility on the first floor and the room setting is perfect for business. I particularly like the desk and light setting - very suitable for work. The staff allows me to check in early, and being very nice toward all customers. The breakfast is okay - just a set menu - I personally think it's fine to not include the breakfast, as there's only limited choice - but overall it's a good price in the city center and the room is nice
