I liked the location. It’s very central and in a very nice area. Coffee and a pastry was offered in the bar at breakfast. The room was quite spacious and the bed very comfortable.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel location was also good. The fact that it was relatively close to the train station was one of the reasons we chose this place.

The location is excellent and easily accessible from the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is an adjacent cafe where hotel guests can get discount.

The location was excellent - perfect for those using the Logan Express for Back Bay. Copley T station was on the doorstep, giving access to all of Boston. They offer a coffee and pastry for breakfast, which is a nice touch, though the staff seem focused on other things, until you remind them. It is a street away from the fantastic Newbury St, which they don’t make enough of in their material.

Lovely and helpful staff, location was perfect, inc breakfast offering was great. Hvg access to computer and printer was a great idea when I needed to print travel documents.

Superb location facing the Boston Public Library at Copley Square, with a T station outside. It's a small hotel - 0nly 40 rooms. Our room was tastefully done, compact and dinky - with some clever ways of making for use of the limited space. Really friendly helpful staff.
