The staff were so friendly and trustworthy. I cannot accurately describe it as a 3-star hotel compared to other 3-star hotels I have encountered. In contrast, it is valuable for the money, and the staff was perfect.

First room I was given had a serious leak in the bathroom. After some explanation the staff moved me to another room. The room was small but comfy, and the hotel location was close to restaurants, cafes, banks and supermarkets. The staff spoke little English which made communication difficult but not impossible.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location is good, just in the city centre. The staff are very helpful and nice. Breakfast is good too with a nice view on the top floor of the hotel.

I liked the room, the bed, the fact that it was quiet at night, no smoking around. I liked the receptionists, both of them were helpful and polite . All the facilities - the shower, the furniture were of high quality.
