Incredible location and the staff were fantastic. It was closed season so very quiet, but they couldn’t do more to help and make sure our stay was special. I had an accident and they were so helpful with information about how to get to the hospital and even called me the following day after we’d left the hotel to find out how I was. That meant a lot!

Im a cleaner so see tiny things thinl could have done with a quick hoover and dust but other than that was very nice

Breakfast was excellent, location stunning, room comfortable. We visited at the end of December, the service from the hotel was excellent. Also everything was open in the village - pubs, cafes, shops etc, we’d really recommend a winter trip to the Riverside
