We loved staying at Guesthouse Luiza for our family vacation in October (6 nights) - it was the highlight of our Albania trip! Luiza and her sisters made us feel very welcome, they are so nice and always made time for everything we needed and for a chat. They are very dedicated and we loved their home-cooked hearty meals so much, that we ended up eating every meal there for the week. The beautiful garden was perfect for our 3 year old who loves to run around and for our 12-year old who loved to read in a quiet corner of the garden. During our stay the oranges, grapes, olives and pomegranates in the garden were being harvested - so delicious!. We were allowed to move to another apartment downstairs, after already checking in to an upstairs one (very nice - great view), but downstairs was way more convenient for the small (active) child. Just an example how Luiza and her sisters made sure all our wishes were fulfilled. The beach is very close, just a 1-2 minute walk away. Almost all other touristic places were closed at the end of October (2 small supermarkets in walking distance still open), so we were lucky with great sunny weather and a very quiet surrounding. Since the mountains are very close, we had great hikes around Borsh, Qeparo Fshat and in the Shushica-Valley (now accessible via a new paved road). So the location is not only great for beach days, but also great for hiking and exploring the southern Riviera, we did several different day trips from there. We hope to come back one day and can fully recommend staying there!

Very green and well maintained place. It is located 3 minutes from the beach. Very kind and responsive staff. The area of the apartment is completely sufficient for three people.

This is a warm and inviting family-run haven, where everyone feels at home. The stunning central courtyard is thoughtfully designed, lush with lemon, quince, and pomegranate trees, all framed by a sprawling grapevine. It’s a leafy, shaded sanctuary, with plenty of tables and a vibrant café-restaurant at its heart. Families gather here, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere where staying for hours feels natural. The ambience is both lively and tranquil, creating a perfect spot for all to unwind and connect.

We loved the familiar atmosphere of this place. The wooden houses are immerse in a green garden where people can sit down at colorful tables to enjoy a meal or a chat. It was somehow easy to talk to the other guests as there was a sort of "camping atmosphere". We felt at home, so that we even decided to extend our stay longer than planned. It is possible to eat there as well and I would recommend trying all the typical dishes: the kitchen is amazing! Having a little child, for us it was perfect to use the apartment to cook something for her and then bring it to the table where we could enjoy a delicious meal. Very close to the beach but in a quiet spot between trees. Most of the apartments (or all) have a sea view. Very good communication with the host before and during the stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The family-friendly atmosphere was felt from the moment we arrived, thanks to the incredibly attentive host who made us feel right at home. The cabins were unbelievably comfortable and perfect for families, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we found ourselves looking forward to every meal. The beach is stunning, making this the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. I left feeling refreshed and can't wait to return. Highly recommend this gem!

Nice family owned property. The garden and hospitality of the staff were amazing. All those trees, lime, grape, absolutely stunning. The price of the restaurant are way cheaper than in the main street restaurants. They will help you even if it is not related to the property. Our case was car battery draining, after several calls they found a place where we can have it replaced nearby.

We had a Great experience at Guest House Luiza. First of all very good position for the beach and restaurants But what we enjoyed very much was the opportunity to taste very local dishes cooked by Luiza and her sisters. It was like being home. Kleidi treated us like family, our kids enjoyed every single.moment spent into the garden and did everything to satisfy our requests. We recommend this place for families but not only. It is the beat place if you want to enjoy the food, the tradition, the beaches and very nice people
